I ordered a Christmas bouquet for one of my friends at 12.30 today, I’d never used Nigel before because I live in Harrogate, and couldn’t find anyone to make up a bouquet today. Nigel was incredibly helpful and went out of his way to hand deliver beautiful flowers to my friend in Staffordshire at 7.30 this evening. She has just called me, and is over the moon with them. Beautiful flowers, super service and excellent communication. We arrived in biddulph the Saturday eve for a friends wedding and had left out flowers at home. Wedding was on a Sunday so nothing was open when we realised. I noticed that Wild Florist said they were open on a Sunday. I sent an SOS text late on the Saturday and had a response to say they would happily do our flowers. They were delivered to us on the Sunday and were stunning. The flowers lasted all day, even in the heat. We had loads of compliments too. I have to say that service like this is so rare and we are so grateful to have found your florists.
